Pushy Prostitutes OK in Nevada

- High school cheerleaders in Las Vegas don't have to worry about being busted for prostitution.

The Nevada Supreme Court has tossed out a Clark County ordinance targeting pushy hookers.

The justices said the law was written so vaguely, cheerleaders could be arrested for flagging down drivers for a car wash.

Attorneys for Clark County unsuccessfully argued that police wouldn't arrest cheerleaders or anyone else who had a reasonable explanation for their behavior.
