Hawaii Needs our help!
A group in Hawaii called
APLE
(Arresting Prostitutes is Legal Exploitation) has submitted a
bill to decriminalize prostitution in Hawaii. Should this pass-
either this legislative period or next year- it could provide a
precedent for the decriminalization of prostitution across the
US. We hope you will take a moment to make your voice heard.

Judiciary Committee.
I understand that Judiciary Committee, of which you are Chair is
considering legislation to decriminalise prostitution. As someone who
has worked in the sex industry for the past ___ years, I am asking
you to support this legislation.
For those who choose to work in the sex industry, decriminalisation
shows that the state respects the choices we make about our
bodies and
our livelihoods. For those who are exploited or coerced,
decriminalisation is an essential first step in offering
protection
from violence and stigma, and to create the conditions in which
they
can most safely and quickly move on.
Please support decriminalisation of prostitution.
Yours,
(your name and email address)
